The customer enters the following agreement with WineLook ABN: 96 447 304 137 upon entering the site. Only individuals who are 18 years or older are allowed to purchase alcohol from this website and its subsidiaries.

The conditions to which the customer agrees when visiting www.WineLook.com.au and making purchases of any kind are outlined below. It is recommended that these be read before making any purchases or legally binding decisions concerning WineLook. The act of subscribing to WineLook newsletters, order forms or using any WineLook service, the user agrees to abide wholly by this agreement and its terms and conditions.
The customer can order or purchase products and services from WineLook through any of the following modes: Submitting personal information on the WineLook website or any of its subsidiary websites. Sending emails to any of the WineLook emails which include (info@WineLook.com.au ,ask@WineLook.com.au, order@WineLook.com.au ) containing personal information. All notices and information may be exchanged with WineLook and the customer via these emails. Faxing or telephoning any personal information to WineLook.
Any of the above mentioned selections does not constitute a sale.
WineLook will process orders only after payments have been received.
WineLook only takes responsibility for products up to the point of shipment or postage. As soon as the products has left the immediate care of WineLook, the sale will be seen as completed for the item/s. WineLook is not responsible for the integrity of the product/s after they leave the immediate possession of WineLook.
WineLook constantly strives to provide the most relevant information for customers. Illustrations, photographs or any pictorial representations of WineLook products may sometimes not reflect the actual size, shape or identity of the product. This, however, will occur rarely and the customer will be informed when such action is undertaken. Products are often updated. As such WineLook does not warrant that the actual bottles, labels or closures will reflect their portrayals on the website. However, WineLook will update photos and information on the website at regular intervals.
Any product purchased from WineLook may be outsourced from various companies, premises or wineries.
WineLook prices are subject to change. The price quoted by an official WineLook representative or any sale prices at any given period will apply to the product. All taxes and cost are included in the price of WineLook products. Any specials or promotions upon www.WineLook.com.au or its affiliate sites is subject to availability of stock.
WineLook will accept payment from the customer via credit card &/or PayPal facilities. WineLook does not accept money orders. WineLook may accept checks, but the products will only be sent our after the check has been cleared and funds transferred. Direct deposit into the WineLook account may be accepted at the discretion of WineLook managerial staff.
All users and customers of WineLook are authorized to browse through the website and take advantage of free offers and downloads. WineLook does not authorize any user to copy, replicate, imitate or unlawfully take any logos, photographs, designs, architectures or bottles from the WineLook website or its subsidiary websites. Any and all the information on the WineLook website is not allowed to be copied and/or used commercially or competitively against WineLook or used in any way that may infringe upon copyright laws. In the improbable occurrence that any product or service provided by WineLook causes sickness, injury or fatality, neither the customer nor the recipient of the product or service will hold WineLook or any of its directors, partners, employees, outsourced suppliers or contractors liable in any way for compensation, gratification, or official admissions of any kind.
All prices advertised upon the WineLook website or its subsidiaries are in Australian dollars (AUD). WineLook is not responsible for any conversion fees that the consumer may encounter in purchasing any WineLook product or service. WineLook is not liable to any discrepancies in price that may occur if the customer uses the WineLook currency converter available on www.WineLook.com.au .

Any mergers or acquisitions involving WineLook may result in the sharing of user information.

Delivery of Products
WineLook may ship, post, outsource or independently deliver any products requested or purchase by customers depending on the price and availability of the item as well as the receiving location of the product/s. WineLook is not responsible for any changes of address and/or location made after the order has been received or shipped. WineLook may make attempts to correct the address to which the order may be sent.
Any individual at the address who receives the goods will be presumed to be the legal and correct recipient of the product.
WineLook or any outsourced delivery company acting on behalf of WineLook will not intentionally deliver alcoholic goods to underage people. Proof of identity may be asked for upon delivery of products. Should legal documentation not be provided WineLook or any outsourced company acting on its behalf may chose not to hand over the product. In the event that the product is somehow intercepted by unlawful or unspecified persons, WineLook shall not be help liable. Should any person/s accept any alcohol or product from WineLook on behalf of another party, WineLook will advise them that the product must be passed on to the person for whom it is intended. Should the accepting party not fulfill their obligation, WineLook will not be help accountable.
All responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon shipment or postage of the product. If the product is delivered to the customer by WineLook or any outsourced company acting on behalf of WineLook, all responsibility will be transferred upon the physical delivery of the product to the recipient’s address. Should a person/s accepting the product, or a person/s accepting a product/s on behalf of another person/s fail to accept the product/s for any reason, WineLook or any acting party on WineLook’s behalf may leave the product/s at the property. If the product is deemed to be un secure at the property or the incorrect address of delivery was provided, WineLook will arrange for the product to be re-delivered at the customers’ expense.
WineLook may charge different prices for different forms and methods of delivery. These will be stated upon the website and the final price paid by the customer will include the costs of delivery and associated expenses. All delivery charges are non refundable.
WineLook may only refund the price of the product/s and delivery if the WineLook runs out of the product and is unable to negotiate for a suitable replacement product for the customer.
Any products judged undeliverable by WineLook for any reason may be subject to a $40 re-delivery fee within Australia. Should the customer refuse to pay this fee, the products will be withheld by WineLook until such a time where the fee is paid.
